#75129066180, SAIA, Chris at C.H. Robinson
told me they corrected the ship to address error
(World Networking Group, 7380 N. Indian Lake,
Scotts, MI 49088) yesterday afternoon and the TV
would be delivered "SATURDAY MORNING IF NOT
LATER TODAY" 09/19/2008.
I
have listed my notes, below, while trying to
receive a product that was suppose to have been
delivered earlier this week using C.H.
Robinson and Saia Motor Freight:
I
called C.H. Robinson a number of times yesterday
before I was finally able to speak with a person
that knew anything about my delivery.
Although C.H. Robinson and Saia claim to work
together, neither knew anything about the other
company's tracking numbers, load numbers or
Pro number and both companies coincidently were/are
having problem with their automated phone systems
which won't allow SAIA customer to talk with a
real person or leave a message (just hangs up when the
customer is transferred to the message
center/extension and the operator!)
Chris
at C.H. Robinson said the TV would be delivered
later FRIDAY or SATURDAY MORNING (09/20/2008!)
Pro
#75129066180, SAIA, no real people, and
can't leave messages!
Tracking
#751-29066180,
C.H. Robinson can not trace using their own
number!
Load
#56368101, C.H. Robinson's internal number, but
they never ask for it.
We were
suppose to show/demo this TV to other
merchants yesterday at the latest! When C.H.
Robinson called Chris at home a few minutes ago,
Chris said he simply didn't call me back, but
called the seller even though yesterday he
would personally call me "RIGHT
BACK!"
I
want this delivered today, is this asking to much
from a company that was suppose to have delivered
it earlier in this week, but didn't even bother to
call? Is it also to much to ask when I spoke
with Chris yesterday, that he would tell me it
would be delivered EITHER yesterday or this
morning, even though he didn't bother to call me
like he said he was going to do? I know SAIA
and C.H. Robinson doesn't care about
me waiting around for the delivery while I should
have been at my youngest daughter's college ball
games, but then for a company that doesn't answer
phones when they recording claims they are open 7
days a week, and leaves their customer hanging
without bothering to call, I probably should
expect much. Hopefully you'll care about
this, I own 22 companies and on Monday I'll check
to see if any of them use either SAIA or C.H.
Robinson for trucking, if so, they will all find
another company to do business with. You can
also read about your service by following the
following link at PublicIssue.org
Please
do yourself a favor and get rid of the people that
can't or won't do their job! And although
the management might not care, don't make verbal
commitments you can't meet.

Additional
phone notes from 09/19/2008:
Call the 800.428.5377 spoke with Ester, she said
"it probably went under LTL," at
Chris Floyd's group, but also referred to him as
"Floyd Chris." Ester said I
could call Shelly Mitchell #800.428.5377
ext 1108. Ester switched me to Shelly.
Shelly said although Chris Floyd said they
would deliver yesterday or this morning
(Saturday) Chris is now saying it won't be
until Monday. Why didn't Chris call me
back like he said he was going to do
yesterday and like SAIA should have done when
they couldn't find the address? Why didn't
anyone from C.H. Robinson or SAIA call when
they couldn't deliver? Shelly said I
should refer to Load number 56368101 if I
actually get to talk with a real person.
Saia Motor Freight, #800.950.7242 pro number
75129066180 ext 2 or press 0, said it was
delivered. SAIA.com
Saia's automated recording does not accept
messages even though it says it does, it just
hangs up. Then when you select operator it
again hangs up.

Refurb Export, update, but probably need you
to contact C.H. Robinson and find out when
they are going to deliver it.
