I don't want to act insensitive because there are a lot of nice people living in California, but I wouldn't move their on a bet.  Mother nature has been giving warning for some time, even our geologist are warning it's only a matter of time.  So move!  Yes, I'll try to help you if another earthquake hits and I'm within reach, but don't plan on me being there anytime soon.  I don't like living dangerously.
