I need to see pictures first. I have waited for almost 4 weeks for these pictures.

Why is the price now higher? Will you have the panels in Hong Kong on Tuesday?

I will have someone come and inspect the panels.

I just don’t believe you anymore. You disaper, don’t answer my e-mails for 1 1/2 week and before that it was 1 week with no word from you. Every time you say the panels are coming again and again, but we never see anything from you, you don’t even respond to my e-mails.

I have to get my money back and then when you have the pictures as you say you will on Tuesday we will then pay you. I have showed you can trust me, but I have yet to see that you are a person to trust. I do not play games, but you have.

Please respond to this e-mail if you are telling the truth about these 250 pcs that they have shipped and you are 100% sure you will have pictures on Tuesday.

I JUST DON’T BELIEVE YOU ANYMORE AND THAT IS YOUR OWN FAULT.

Here is you chance to come clean and be an honest business man.

To me this just seem like another delay tacktick from your side. Prove me wrong.

hereby we attached the T/T copy of usd5000 to Mr. Hugo for your reference, and we only knew that Rohit buy some LCD panel from Hugo, the details we don't know, and we only have hugo's A/C details given by Rohit for T/T purpose.

and we also forward your mail to Rohit, but no reply yet. and we were calling his HK mb: 00852-81990979 (as I only have his this tel nos, and this no with international IDD roaming, so I always contact with him via this tel nos), also come to mailbox, till now we could not contact with him, and also no news from him yet. as freinds, we got worried for him also.

As earlier he requested once if anyone asked Mr. Bab Lee (we were told that Mr. Bab Less is Mr. Rohit's partner), pls tell them he is in India, that's why we were telling Mr. Roar Storra that Mr. Bab lee is in India.

All the above is what we knew till now. We---SINO STAR TRADING CO. (BRC NO.: 33419816-000) have done business in HK & China for the last 4 years, we never faced such of complaint against us, you can investigate from anywhere.

I was told by him that these would be at his agent in Japan by sept. 01, 2006 and he would send us pictures.

As for the FLCX51UXC8V-02H, the OEM said they have prepared the samples for shippment today and would probably send them out later in the day, but I still need to re-confirm with them. I will let you know as soon as I get their reply.
