Pentagon goes crazy!

Pentagon plans stock market-style exchange (Policy Analysis Market) where traders predict terror and assassination attacks in the Middle East.

Trading is to begin Oct. 1. The market would initially be limited to 1,000 traders, increasing to at least 10,000 by Jan. 1.

Are these people really suppose to be in charge of our foreign affairs and national defense?  What must other countries think about our brillant leaders?  I for one, say, kick them all out of office and start over!
