Open trade with Cuba?

Yes why wouldn't we, the trade embargo between the US and Cuba has lasted 40 years and we still haven't changed Cuba, in fact, Cuba trades with most of the world but us.  Besides the best way to show the Cuban people what America is like; is to open the communication between the two neighboring countries
