MCI slam-dunks Michigan resident!
| Michigan resident claims
his phone service was slammed by MCI (without authorization.)
After the resident contacted SBC for a change of home services,
MCI cut all long distance service for 6 months, in affect blocking the
resident from calling anyone long distance. When MCI was
contacted, MCI claimed they didn't know why the block was placed and
didn't know how to remove it. After a letter from MCI's attorneys
and numerous calls to MCI, and one to SBC, SBC changed carriers enabling
the customer to once again make long distance calls.
To date 11/17/2003 MCI keeps calling, asking why the resident changed services from MCI. How do we stop MCI's full court press, and what can I do? PT/Michigan 11/17/2003 |
