Judge Cashman's sentence was obviously out of line, possibly there was more to the judgment then what was discussed on the Fox's Bill Oreilly show, regardless; almost all other TV stations also took issue with the judgment. I personally don't believe in the 3 strike rule, 1 strike is plenty, however I do believe in justice for all and further believe a rapist having negative, lifelong impacted on another's life should face a minimum of 5 years without possibility of parole. Having once married a women who was raped by her father and brother I personally witnessed a women who lost all possibility of a normal life.
