Circuit City and their Bogus Rebates!

I have been waiting for Circuit City to process my rebate on over $4000.00 of RAM for over 2 years!

I own a small competitive retails store and I don't understand how these big guys like Circuit City, Best Buy

and others can dodge the rebates they offer, then blame the RAM manufacture.  The RAM manufacture (Crucial)

won't even respond to request if they come from any of these guys.

Can anyone help?
