they are trying to bill me for services from two years ago that I had cancelled and paid a fee to do so.now they want me to pay some more money to them or they will ding my perfect credit. I need to keep my credit perfect because it gives me rates and other benifits less than perfect credit gives people. how can I stop this company from hurting my credit and how can I get them to stop billing me. If I owe money to them I would just pay it but how can they send me one letter and say I am in collection when I do not even owe them money. I cancelled with them two years ago and they are just now saying I owe them money.Is this legal?
