hello, I sincerely know where you're coming from as I too have on numerous occasions called to CANCEL with AOL & every time a representative has talked me into staying on with them another 2 months & they have tried charging me also for when I'm supposed to have a "FREE" months service & after having to argue with them awhile when they finally understand that I'm not paying them they then give me a # @ what they call a "Customer-'Care'-Center"saying there they can help me with whatever I need so I call that Cust."Care"Ctr.where they say they'll be happy to assist you then tell you they will be able to wipe out what you owe & can even give you another 2 months "FREE"then you'll be asked for you're Credit-Card Info. PLEASE be careful keep close track of you're credit/bank Accts. & all transactions is ALL I'M SAYING! God Bless! & Happy New Year To You ALL!
