  Watch out!  AOL Customers

I have called AOL regarding cancellation more then 5 times in this past year.  Each time, AOL  representatives/councilors/agents/experts/technicians/specialist/managers etc have switched me from one person to another until finally someone disconnects me, or offers me additional free months and then bills me.  From there I send a letter to the charge card company explaining that it was suppose to be free.
You know and I know, it's near impossible to disconnect from your commissioned agents (call them what you will.)
All I want is November and December with no change, bill, being sent to awards or other B.S.
If this isn't clear, call me.

By the way, the last time I called AOL, I was transferred from one specialist to another, all having a bigger and better title then the last one, until the last rep/councilor told me the others didn't know what they were doing.  Then after he repeated me wanting to discontinue AOL, he said you're all set!  Call us if you decide to cancel, then hung up.
